All equipment comes in two categories: Tier and Grade. Tier reflects how strong it is, with higher tiers offering more potential for bonus effects. These bonuses come in two flavors: Primary Attributes (core stats like strength or intelligence) and Secondary Stats (additional effects like increased critical hit chance). The exact combination of these bonuses is random when you craft or find an item, and higher tiers offer a wider range of possibilities.

Quality Crystals let you further customize your gear by adding even more bonuses when you craft. These can be anything from the core attributes to more specific effects.

Here's a breakdown of the systems:

• Tiers: There are 4 levels of quality for each weapon and armor type, with higher tiers offering more potential bonuses.
• Grades: Each piece of equipment also has a "grade" from Basic to a higher level. Upgrading the grade increases its base stats and the strength of its bonuses. You can improve an item's grade by using Infusion Stones.
• Infusion Stones: These are materials dropped by enemies that you can use to upgrade the grade of your equipment, making it stronger.

Basically, you have a lot of freedom to personalize your character's gear and how you play, without feeling restricted by your chosen profession.

MetaKnights' economy revolves around the Merchant Bundle System! This is where most of the in-game currency (Gold) comes from. Players create Tradepacks by combining materials they gather while exploring or obtained from their Estates, from bundles of wheat to stacks of lumber. Once crafted, you take them to special locations called Tradeposts to sell them for Gold.

These Tradeposts act like real-world markets. Supply and demand for different goods constantly change, keeping the economy balanced. This means the value of your Tradepack can fluctuate depending on what players need most at that moment.

In short, the Merchant Bundle System lets you play an active role in the game's economy by finding and selling valuable goods!

MetaKnights lets you personalize your character even further with Metacards! These are collectible NFT cards you can earn by playing the game or buying packs with in-game currency ($ORC). Each pack gives you five random cards of varying rarity. These cards alter your skills, giving you a unique edge and making your character stand out from others. Higher rarity cards offer stronger bonuses, making them highly desirable for PvP-focused players. There are currently 40 Metacards. The effects they provide are vast, adding another layer of customization on top of the existing systems like weapons and equipment.

How do Metacards work?

Each skill has unique Metacards associated with it to battle the enemies around the world. Equipping these cards modifies your skills, offering more strategic options for building your character againts the unknown.

Rarities

Beyond the cool effects, Metacards come in five rarities, signified by a gem on the card. These rarities (Common, Uncommon, Rare, Mythic and Legendary) don't change the effect itself, but rather its strength. Legendary cards, for example, offer the most powerful versions of those effects.

Like ships, wagons come in a variety of flavors. Choose between speedy options for fewer Tradepacks or slower, workhorse wagons that can carry a whopping six at a time, maximizing your profits per trip.

Set sail on your terms! Craft the ultimate warship to dominate the seas, or design a vessel perfect for fishing and trade. You can even swap ship parts (hull, cabin, sails, and more) to create your dream boat.

MetaKnights lets you own a slice of the world! Estates are player-owned plots of land where you can build your dream home. But it's not just about aesthetics – you can also farm crops, raise animals, chop wood, and gather all sorts of resources to use for crafting valuable Merchant Bundles!

There's a limited amount available, and you can initially snag yours through land sales. Later on, you'll need to buy from other players on a marketplace.

There are 5 sizes to choose from, ranging from cozy Small plots to massive Forts. The size of your land determines how big a house you can build and how much stuff you can grow and raise. Bigger plots mean more space for animals, trees, and crops, so you'll harvest more resources each day. This also means you'll earn more in-game currency ($ORC) from your land holdings. Basically, the bigger the estate, the bigger the rewards!
